Medallia Showcases Commitment to Environment, Social and Governance Policies

René Carayol Joins Medallia as Executive Vice President of Environment, Social & Governance and company releases first annual Global Impact Report.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., – May 5, 2021 – Medallia, Inc. (NYSE: MDLA), the global leader in customer and employee experience, today announced that René Carayol has been named Executive Vice President of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).

Reporting directly to Medallia President & CEO Leslie Stretch, Mr. Carayol will play a vital role in establishing an integrated ESG strategy across Medallia’s business.
